Export Documentation Executive
Full-time
Onsite — Dubai
3–5 yrs Experience
Own the paperwork that moves our cargo: from commercial invoice to bill of lading, your accuracy decides whether containers clear or sit.
- Prepare complete export document sets — invoice, packing list, COO, phytosanitary, health certificates
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines and banks for LC and payment documentation
- Maintain FIRC, e-BRC and DGFT compliance records shipment-by-shipment
QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY
Quality Control Executive
Full-time
Onsite — Dubai
1–3 yrs Experience
Be the last line of defense before cargo leaves India. You inspect, grade and certify what carries the NIKOSI name into global markets.
- Conduct pre-shipment inspection, grading and sampling for agro commodities
- Maintain batch records aligned to ISO 22000 & GMP requirements
- Document QC reports with photos for every consignment before dispatch
